• You are responsible for the planning, construction, opening and operational management of a new shop (search for a suitable shop location, implementation of suitable KPIs, team recruitment, assistance with store concept)

• Sales responsibility for the future store as well as for your sales region

• You are the face of our B2B partners in your sales area and systematically acquire new sales partners (online and offline bicycle dealers)

• Solving operational issues such as supply chain, logistics, delivery, etc. as well as creating strategies to increase sales

• You work hand in hand with our global sales and marketing team as well as with our European headquarters

• Recruiting and personnel responsibility for around 2-4 people and more

• You plan and take part in trade fairs and events


• You have a commercial training or degree with several years of proven professional experience in sales (experience in running a shop is a plus)

• You have experience in the management of a sales team and operational business processes (in the bicycle industry would be a big plus)

• You are enthusiastic, have a confident demeanor, are assertive and have business fluency

• You are very disciplined in daily activity planning and have excellent organizational skills

• You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, goal-oriented and team-oriented environment and enjoy trying out new concepts and technologies

• You enjoy traveling in the sales area

• You are fluent in English

• Working with MS Office applications comes natural to you
