Reporting to the Country Manager, the Area Sales Manager will be responsable for:
• Agree on country business plans and strategies to approach defines accounts.
• Proactive search for new accounts and business development actions.
• Technical support in the defined region.
• Ensure the product range meets clients’ needs, from a technical and approvals perspective.
• Align with the strategies in the market with the Country Manager.
• Define service offerings based on key needs of the clients.
• Develop relationship with nominated accounts build up a key management and account working relationship.
• Coordinate and support pre-sales activities.
– Minimum 5 years of professional experience and mínimum 3 years in business development or B2B sales
– Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering is preferable
– Understanding of industrial solutions for cooling / refrigeration / HVAC
– Good knowledge and understanding of the working region (East of Poland)
– Commercial & quality awareness
– Polish as the native language
– Good level of English
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with MS Dynamics is a plus
– Availability to travel (up to 50%)
– Open for remote working (home-office + travelling)
