FUNCTIONS – Digital Marketing Specialist

Working in a corporate environment and managing projects at an international scale, you will report directly to the Corporate Executive Director based in our headquarter in Madrid and be on the forefront of all the digital marketing operations of our company worldwide. Requirements:

Proven experience in:

Excellent writing (storytelling) and grammatical skills with an understanding of writing for digital communication, including landing pages, email marketing, and web.

Daily communication on social medias, especially Linkedin

Working with demand generation emails focused on delivering qualified leads and pipelines.

Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot/Pardot/Marketo, analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics, SEMRUsh, Google Search Console etc. CRM applications, ZOHO will be appreciated.

Creative design and formatting expertise.

Delivering SEO Programs, including on-page optimization techniques, the importance of content and building authority through link development.

Creating and managing Google ads and paid media campaigns including on social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.

You live and breathe A/B testing, subject lines, CTAs and content.

Our ideal candidate’s profile :

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or similar.

2+ years hands-on experience in a digital marketing role in technological consultancy or HR services sector.

Previous experience in an comunication agency or media company will be appreciated.

Solid English skills, Spanish fluent and other additional language will be appreciated.

Ability to communicate on different levels in the organisation.

High attention to detail with the ability to run quality assurance on emails and campaign flow.

Exceptional ability to proactively manage multiple projects and foresee Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient.

Superb problem-solving and organization skills.

Convincing, service minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values.
