FUNCTIONS

As an individual you will:
Partner with different stakeholders (distribution channels, product managers, marketing) to identify and evaluate key initiatives focused on delivering sustainable growth supported by data analysis
Frame and analyze business issues along with your team to action proactive decisions
Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders
Drive action around performance assessment, forecasting, and subsequent decision making
Play a key role in informing and influencing senior management decision making process
Qualifications:
University Degree or higher (BA in a technical discipline or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years in a position related to business performance-oriented data analysis
Familiarity in working with corporate systems for data analysis, querying, manipulation, and visualization (SAS, Cognos, Power BI, Salesforce)
Experience in project and senior stakeholder management
Experience in businesses with retail distribution networks. Expertise in insurance is a must.
Fluency in English is required

– Leverage and utilize data from a variety of sources to analyze business performance, identify areas of opportunity & provide actionable insights to operational leadership and business teams
